Jinwoo is an Operating Partner at Ark & Partners.

Prior to joining the firm, Jinwoo was with VIG Partners as a member of the operating group for five years, where he worked on value creation of a portfolio company. Prior to that, he was an in-house consultant for the Doosan Group for 10 years, responsible for operational improvements and strategy development of key subsidiaries. Jinwoo also has served as a marine in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps.

Based on firsthand experience in building and executing value-enhancement strategies in diverse industries holding various roles, Jinwoo supports early achievement of operational excellence for portfolio companies.

Jinwoo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Seoul National University.
